The residence is just 2,5 kilometres from the centre of Cannes, with direct access to the beautiful nature park known as La Croix des Gardes. The beach is only a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. In Cannes town centre you can spend time shopping in the famous luxury boutiques on the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes.

The area is also great for leisurely walks which can be taken through the national park; within minutes you will reach fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The Mandelieu golf course is only 3km away.

The holiday location is a great base for touring the surrounding area being close to Monte Carlo, St Tropez, Nice, Cap Ferrat, Villefranche and Menton. Closeby inland destinations are Mougins, Grasse and St Paul de Vence. The modern winter skiing complex of Isola 2000 is only one hour away with some smaller skiing resorts nearer. Easy access to bakers, butchers, bar, restaurant, pharmacies and supermarket contained at a small shopping centre close by.
